David Moore is a founding principal of Beachwood Capital Partners and has been active in commercial real estate finance for the past 7 years. He has been involved in over $1 billion in structured financing, dealing in both the loan origination and closing process. He is experienced in the valuation of properties, cash flow projections, tenant and lease evaluation, market research and lender presentation. Prior to founding Beachwood Capital, David spent two years focused on financing within the Chase Properties portfolio and five years with Pinnacle Financial Group, a full service commercial mortgage broker.
